However, because many of our products are made from natural Himalayan rock salt, product color, shape, size, weight, texture, mineral patterns, glow, finish, and appearance may vary from product to product. You acknowledge that such natural variation is expected and is not considered a defect.

Section 5 — Salt Lamps, Electrical Items, and Décor Safety

Certain salt lamps and salt décor products may include electrical components, cords, bulbs, USB cables, LED lights, wood bases, baskets, or other accessories.

You agree to use all electrical products responsibly and according to the product instructions. Do not use damaged cords, plugs, bulbs, USB cables, adapters, or electrical components. Keep salt lamps and electrical salt products away from water, moisture, sinks, bathtubs, showers, humid areas, flammable materials, pets, and children.

Salt is naturally hygroscopic, meaning it can attract moisture from the air. Salt lamps and salt products may sweat, leak, dissolve, flake, or leave residue depending on humidity and storage conditions. Place salt lamps and salt products on a protective surface to prevent possible damage to furniture, flooring, electronics, fabrics, or other property.

Natural Wellness Line is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unsafe placement, moisture, electrical misuse, overheating, third-party accessories, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow instructions, or use in unsuitable environments.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized, heavy, fragile, wholesale, or bulk salt products due to their weight, packaging needs, or destination.

If your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and the shipping carrier promptly so we can assist where possible.

Natural Wellness Line is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, stolen packages, carrier delays, or delivery issues outside our control.
